Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
U.S. Shipping
We offer the following shipping option for U.S. customers:
- Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 will be charged.
- Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers like USPS and DHL for deliveries.
- Processing Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same day; however, orders placed later will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions or carrier delays.
International Shipping

Shipping Rates
- International Standard Shipping: Shipping costs vary depending on your country. The cost will be calculated during checkout.
International Shipping Time
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–15 business days, though some regions may experience delays due to customs processing and local delivery schedules. Please allow additional time for any delays caused by customs.
VAT Included for European Orders
- For customers in European Union (EU) countries, the VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the price at checkout, meaning there are no additional charges for VAT upon delivery. Your final price will be the same as shown at checkout.
Customs & Duties
- Customs Charges (for Non-EU Countries): For international orders outside of the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Customs Processing: Customs procedures can delay the shipment beyond the estimated delivery window. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays or charges.
Tracking Information
- Once your international order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package is shipped.
Order Issues or Delays
- Missing or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@belisia.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@belisia.com. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Box Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses within the U.S. via USPS.
- International Restrictions: Some countries may have shipping restrictions on certain products, including skincare items. If your order cannot be shipped to your country, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
